Why Do I Still Feel Stuck?

Understanding your story through talk therapy is an important part of healing.
But understanding isn't the same as processing.
Insight alone cannot reach the parts of you that are still holding fear, grief, sadness, suppressed anger, or the stuck survival responses your body developed to protect you—like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn/people pleasing.
These patterns don't disappear simply because you understand them.
They need to be gently processed by the body before lasting change can occur. Your body carries memories that your conscious mind may no longer remember.
The body also carries the emotions, protective patterns, and unconscious beliefs that were formed when you were simply trying to survive as a child.
When these deeper patterns remain unresolved, your nervous system continues responding as though the danger is still present.

What is somatic therapy?
Somatic therapy recognises that healing involves more than the mind.
It works with your whole self—your body, nervous system, emotions, limiting beliefs, and, for many people, their spiritual connection and sense of self.
Rather than simply helping you understand why you feel the way you do, somatic therapy helps your body process what it couldn't at the time the experience happened.
By creating safety within the nervous system, the body can begin to release the unresolved emotions and survival responses it has been carrying.
As your nervous system becomes regulated, you stop reacting from the past and begin responding from the present.
While coping strategies can help in the short term, somatic work focuses on resolving the patterns driving the symptoms, so you can experience lasting peace, emotional freedom, deeper clarity, and finally feel safe in your own body again.

A spiritual awakening over a decade ago sparked a powerful growth journey that continues today.
I experienced firsthand the impact of somatic healing when I cleared heart palpitations long before I even knew what somatics was.
Since then, I’ve studied and integrated a wide range of somatic, integrative, and energy-based modalities to support deep recovery and transformation.

We discuss your childhood environment you grew up in & your relationship with your parents. I also ask what the relationship was like between your parents -as that often sets the tone for our own romantic relationships.
Your first session is primarily about regulating your nervous system by building layers of safety/ neutral anchors within the body.
Before we can touch the root of any recent trigger, your body needs to feel safe enough to do so. There after, depending on your system, we may or may not be able to clear all emotional charges of the root event in that first session — this is always led by your nervous system, not a timeline.I am intuitively guided where how the session unfolds for the highest good of the person. Most of the time the person is able to clear a root event in first session. However, not all are able to as their autonomic nervous system needs time to feel safe enough to start processing their past. In this case, if you are open to it - I would be guided to do energy healing to clear any blockages thats preventing you from healing, and to help regulate you further.

We start with regression-based energy healing to meet the original impact of the trauma without overwhelming your system.
These early sessions help clear blocks in the energy system, calm fight/flight/freeze responses, and activate the body’s natural capacity to heal.From there, we build somatic safety layer by layer.
Only when your nervous system feels stable enough do we move into deeper somatic processing.This is where real transformation happens — through your body’s own processing, guided questions, and the space to finally resolve what was never completed.
This framework is deep and powerful.
It dissolves limiting beliefs, heals trauma at its source, and reconnects you to who you truly are beneath survival patterns.PTSD healing requires patience and commitment.
Every nervous system has its own pace, and trauma stored over many years cannot be rushed.

I only work with clients who are genuinely ready for recovery, not quick surface level relief.
Deep healing cannot be rushed or done casually, and it doesn’t happen in one or two sessions.Your first session is primarily about regulating your nervous system.
Before we can touch the root of any recent trigger, your body needs to feel safe enough to do so.
Depending on your system, we may or may not be able to begin clearing the root event in that first session — this is always led by your nervous system, not a timeline.We can begin with a full 2hr initial session and see how you and your body responds.
After that session, you can decide whether to continue in a 6, 9, or 12-session package.
I don’t offer casual, one-off bookings beyond the first session because this work requires consistency, containment, and commitment to be effective. -
your autonomic / automatic nervous system might have defaulted to during its formative years of 0-7. Your nervous system can still be stuck in fight, flight or freeze/ shutdown ever since, in which you have no conscious control over. By focusing on your unique journey so far, we can map out your recovery path by combining modalities tailored to you. Where it feels intuitively right, I also add timeline journey on way back after clearing original event, collecting all related events that will be processed automatically by your unconscious mind in the background in following week /fortnight. This fast tracks your recovery. I also weave in Inner child healing after clearing events where necessary, but usually the inner child is calm and at peace after clearing stuck emotions and trauma
Its the this autonomic/ automatic part of us that in the drivers seat, causing you to react to triggers in the now, causing sensations and symptoms within the body. Our human thinking brain tries to rationalise and think its way out. However, it’s only by outsmarting your conscious brain and going into body and sitting & feeling sensations within your nervous system , can they finally be processed and released, gaining clarity . The nervous system does not understand words, it only understands sensations.

My work isn’t for anyone half-in, half-out on their healing.
It also isn’t a fit for those currently on antidepressants, since these medications numb the very sensations we need to access for somatic work.If someone is looking for a quick fix or surface-level relief, this won’t serve them.
My work is for people ready to meet what’s at root level of their problems— and actually heal it on all levels: mind, body & soul. -
