My approach to PTSD recovery combines various somatic therapies, energy healing, and complementary modalities to first activate the body’s innate healing capacity, before facilitating the release of stored trauma and unresolved emotions, supporting measurable and sustainable transformation within 3–6 months.
The core transformation begins when you engage in your own somatic processing and trauma healing, supported by guidance and targeted questioning. This framework is highly effective in dismantling limiting beliefs and addressing trauma at its root.
For individuals with PTSD, the process requires patience, consistency, and commitment. The nervous system needs time to establish safety before deeper work can take place, and this timeline varies depending on each person’s history and the nature of their trauma. Trauma that has been stored for decades cannot be resolved in just a few sessions, which is why a minimum of 12 sessions is recommended to support meaningful and sustainable healing.
How the 12-session Roadmap works
The 12-session roadmap is designed to create lasting transformation, with each session building on the previous one.
We begin with several energy healing sessions to jumpstart your recovery, while also establishing safety and neutral resourcing in the body. These resources are drawn from the wisdom of your unconscious mind, body, and soul, and I encourage you to practice them regularly—much like building muscle at the gym—so that a foundation of safety becomes stronger over time.
As your nervous system begins to regulate in the first few weeks, we gradually move into somatic processing. Together, we explore recent triggers in the body and trace them back to their root origins, often linked to early experiences. No conscious memory is required—the body and unconscious mind naturally reveal what is ready to be healed.
We are gradually peeling back layers of limiting beliefs and stored trauma to reveal the authentic self beneath. This process reconnects you with your true essence—something that cannot be achieved in just one or two sessions, but through consistent, layered work over time.
Above is an outline of what your journey with me may look like. While it offers a general roadmap for recovery, the process is always tailored to your unique needs and may not follow this path exactly—because every individual’s healing journey is different.

Building sense of safety /neutrality within nervous system through repetition.Session notes that highlight what was cleared and the powerful learnings and clarity from your unconscious mind and body, so that your transformation continues beyond the session. Helping you fully embody the authentic self emerging within you.
Integration meditation to support your week following a session

If things feel overwhelming, we return to the safety tools in your body to help you feel regulated again. These formative years of your nervous system sets the tone for rest of your life. Do you have repeating patterns or are attracting the same type of toxic partners and cannot understand why? Unlike talk therapy or coaching that band aids the issues, we are processing & clearing out at root level of issues that lie in your childhood. Limiting beliefs are doorways into original trauma that created them. Through guidance, you will be able to locate & process stuck emotions and gain the clarity and wisdom hidden underneath them. Unlike affirmations to reframe negative beliefs, you heal the root cause of those negative beliefs, removing the weeds from the root. We are clearing stuck emotions and regulating our nervous system by doing so.

The above are examples of beliefs the body can hold as a result of trauma, often stemming from physical or verbal abuse experienced or witnessed in childhood—during the formative years of nervous system development. In these situations, the body may become stuck in:
fight if anger could not be expressed or
flight if escape was not possible or
freeze/shutdown as a way to stay safe.
Such early experiences often leave unprocessed emotions, like anger or sadness, stored in the body—shaping how you learned to cope and making it difficult to fully express who you are.

We muscle test over 30+ core limiting beliefs that your body & unconscious mind may be holding. Together, we can pick a belief to work on during the session.
I guide you through a muscle testing process called the sway test, where I have you standing and repeating beliefs one at a time and see which way your body leans as a Y/N after calibrating your body first. Our whole unconscious mind reside in the body and it knows all and guides the direction of sway.

No, we collaborate which one to work on that will lead to number of other beliefs shifting with working on a major one, such as I need to struggle or not trusting self or fearing conflict with self. I have found that most clients shift anywhere from 3-8 other beliefs by just clearing out one belief at its root. Its a spiritual journey as we peel back layers of onion of limiting beliefs, returning you to your core essence as soul, leading you to possible awakening.

This all depends on your individual history of trauma and goals. Some find enough recovery within 12 sessions, some find that they would like a few more sessions to fully clear out whats affecting them. However, usually 12-15 sessions are completely life changing and are transformative. With complex PTSD, you may require a few more ongoing sessions until you feel calm & peace enough. Some chose to go deeper & clear out issues around and have few sessions of Trauma Informed Manifesting sessions around blocks on career or relationships or body / health issues.
