Somatic regulation circle
An 8-Week Journey to Feel More Grounded, Connected and Steady Within Yourself
The Somatic Regulation Circle is an 8 week, body-based group experience designed to help you understand your nervous system, recognise the signals your body is giving you and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotional overwhelm.
Rather than focusing only on talking about your experiences, you will be gently guided to notice what is happening within your body and build a greater sense of awareness, choice and steadiness.
No previous experience with somatic work is required.
To create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment, places are intentionally limited to eight people.
All participants are required to agree that anything shared within the circle remains confidential and is not discussed outside the group. This helps foster trust, openness, and emotional safety for everyone attending.
If you are unable to commit to maintaining the confidentiality of other participants, this circle may not be the right fit for you.

You Are Not Broken
Your nervous system is designed to protect you.
When it has experienced ongoing stress, emotional pressure or difficult life experiences, it may learn to remain in survival mode—even when there is no immediate danger.
This can show up as:
Feeling anxious or constantly on edge
Overthinking and finding it difficult to switch off
Emotional overwhelm
Irritability or reacting more strongly than you would like
Feeling disconnected, numb or shut down
Carrying tension through your chest, shoulders, jaw or stomach
These responses are not personal failures.
They may be signs that your nervous system has been working hard to protect you.
The Somatic Regulation Circle helps you begin listening to those signals with curiosity rather than judgement.
What Is the Somatic Regulation Circle?
The Somatic Regulation Circle is a supportive eight-week group program combining:
Nervous system education
Guided body-awareness practices
Grounding and orienting
Breath, sound and gentle movement
Emotional awareness
Boundary exploration
Co-regulation
Group reflection and integration
Somatic work centres on your felt sense experience.
Instead of only asking, “Why do I feel this way?”, you will also begin exploring:
Where do I feel this in my body?
What happens to my breathing?
What does my body want to do?
What helps me feel more supported?
What signals tell me I have reached my limit?
What changes when I slow down and listen?
The aim is not to force emotional release or make you feel calm all the time.
The aim is to help you develop more awareness, capacity and choice in how you respond to yourself and the world around you.
