Power of stillness

It has been a warm start to a Melbourne winter. On first Sunday of the winter, we headed off to the local beach half an hour drive away. After a spot of lunch, me and my little family headed to play football in the park. However, I felt called to ‘just be’ and sit at the beach by myself.
