Scared of feeling lost and numb after healing?

You may have been carrying the trauma and the attached emotions around for decades. Healing the trauma thats embedded in your body and mind should feel exhilarating, but for many it does not. Letting go and healing of past can be daunting to let go of.  After all, its all you have ever known especially if the trauma occurred in childhood. Some have been living their entire life feeling guilt or shame, so much so that they do not know what it would be like to live without those emotions. The emotions have become part of their identity.

Lower emotions reside at bottom of the frequency vibration chart. What happens when you heal and remove emotions such as guilt, fear? The old baseline from which you have been living from for most of your life starts to move to a new higher baseline frequency. That higher frequency baseline now becomes part of your new everyday reality.

For a lot of my clients, after going through a powerful healing journey, they start to talk about feeling numb as if it's a negative thing. However, if you look at the chart, feeling numb is actually achieving a new baseline of neutrality where you can start to create a new life that you have been dreaming of. It is a neutral stage from which you can create a new lease of life.  A blank canvas, on which you can paint a whole new life, life of personal growth and development on all levels : mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels. So feeling numb is actually a very good experience to feel. So you should be celebrating the feeling of numbness.

From numbness / neutrality, it becomes more easier for you to tap into feeling love for self and joy more easily. And you can always come back to your new baseline instead of crashing all the way down to your old baseline of feeling guilty or shame or fear etc.
